⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unforgettable Lunch at Àncora Boqueria! We had an amazing evening at Àncora! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely outstanding: the grilled scallops, grilled sea bream, grilled octopus, and fried calamari were all cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor and freshness. The atmosphere was warm and charming, but what truly made the night special was our incredible waiter, Jiwan. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home, treating us with such genuine care and kindness. His attention to detail and warm personality turned a great meal into an unforgettable experience. We left with full hearts (and stomachs!) and can’t wait to come back.

Excellent food and drink!! We ordered paella, there was plenty of sea food, it was delicious. For those who love cinnamon, like me, must tey Crema Catalana - perfection!

We as foodies have done a lot of restaurants. Snacks eaten ... but can say with 100% certainty that we had the best service and food here! Conviviality ... both during the day and during the evening! Locations with a big name are better not to look for ! Cozy stroll in the little market and then reminisce at Ancora with the best dishes! Big thanks to the team ! Björn en Charlie

Amazing food. I loved the paella so much! Everyone there was extremely polite and fast-serving. Definitely a place to try. PS: Of course, Sangria is amazing too.

The food was good, the service was excellent and the place was very inviting but the star of our lunch was the mouthwatering Seafood Paella!

A Hidden Gem in Barcelona – Amazing Food & Service! I had a fantastic experience at Ancora in Barcelona. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, and the food was absolutely delicious – every dish felt carefully prepared and full of flavor. What really made the night special was the service. My waiter, Juan, was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. He made excellent recommendations and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the guest experience. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great Spanish cuisine and warm, welcoming service. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Barcelona! 4o

Seafood Paella was delicious. The cheese and meat platter were also quite a lovely start before our main course. Pitcher of sangria is a must if you are two or more people in your party.
